I can’t get over how amazing the flavors, nuances, spices, the combinations, other worldly at a professional Michelin star chef level. I’m flabbergasted this place is in Mahwah New Jersey and not New York or London. My highest possible food rating, I will definitely be back to try more. Oh, the service was also excellent! Never missed a beat despite being busy. What a great find!
